Product tour
One platform, every part of the yard
How scale tickets, inventory and analytics work together, and how Scraplytics plugs into the hardware and software you already own.
Platform tour
Scale Tickets
The weight on the ticket is the weight on the scale
Weight flows from the indicator into the ticket. Photos of the ID and the load attach to it, deductions carry a reason, and the payout is computed server-side rather than in the operator head.
- Gross, tare and net captured together
- Deduction plus a stated reason
- Two-copy supplier receipt prints on save

Inventory
Every kilogram accounted for
Live inventory by material, grade and location, valued at weighted-average cost. Piles grow and shrink with each ticket, and processing carries the cost through the transformation rather than losing it.
- Weighted-average costing throughout
- Value conserved across processing
- Opening balances flagged as such

Analytics
Decisions backed by your own data
Margin by material, supplier scorecards and price movement, drawn from the tickets you already write. Ten operational reports ship built in, plus a custom report builder.
- Margin by material and by supplier
- Ten built-in operational reports
- Scheduled delivery to your inbox

Under the hood
Fits the yard you already run
Works with the bridge you have
No rip-and-replace and nothing to buy up front. Operators weigh on a tablet and the ticket does net, deductions and pricing. For automatic capture, Scraplytics exposes a reading-ingest API and a live feed, and the connector for your particular indicator is scoped per site.
Web, iOS and Android
Run the scale house from the web dashboard, walk the yard with the mobile app, and let suppliers in through the portal. The driver app queues its work offline and syncs when the signal returns.
Open API and integrations
Push tickets, inventory and settlements into your ERP or accounting stack over a REST API with webhooks, so the yard system is not a data island.
Secure by default
Encryption in transit and at rest, role-based permissions, and an append-only audit trail that records every approval, price change and ticket edit.
Weigh on any bridge
- Avery Weigh-Tronix
- Rice Lake
- Mettler Toledo
- Fairbanks
- Cardinal
- B-TEK
Manual weigh-in works on every one of these from day one. We do not ship drivers for specific indicators: Scraplytics is cloud software and cannot read a serial port in your scale house on its own. Automatic capture is a per-site integration against our ingest API, and it depends on your indicator rather than the nameplate on the bridge. Tell us the make and model and you will get a straight answer before you commit.
