Yes. Logo, brand colors, your business name and domain are all configurable. Suppliers see your brand, not Scraplytics, on the login page and inside the portal.
Can a supplier dispute a ticket from inside the portal?+
Yes. Every ticket has a "Raise issue" button. The supplier writes a note, optionally attaches a photo, and your team gets a notification. The thread stays attached to the ticket so the resolution is on the record.
How secure is supplier login?+
Each supplier has their own credentials with optional two-factor SMS. Sessions are scoped strictly to that supplier's data - they can never see another supplier's tickets, prices or payments. All access is audit-logged.
