2. Description of Service

Scraplytics provides a cloud-based scrap yard management platform including scale ticket processing, inventory management, supplier management, dispatch logistics, quality control, invoicing, and analytics.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription and Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are provided on a pro-rata basis for annual plans.

5. Data Ownership

You retain all rights to your data. We will not access, use, or share your data except as necessary to provide the service or as required by law.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our control.

7. Limitation of Liability

Scraplytics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
